Pint-size songbird Christina Aguilera sure packs some partying punch. And the folks at the Sunset Strip's chichi Standard hotel in West Hollywood, Calif., know that all too well.

Early last month, they actually had to cork the little genie back in her bottle by banning Aguilera and her extensive entourage from there - permanently.

"A truckload of cash wouldn't get her into a suite," a hotel insider tells Confidential. "She is out."

So what happened? Too much of everything! Troubles began earlier this year when the 21-year-old singer of Genie in a Bottle started hosting wild bashes at the Standard, even though she lives just a few miles up the road. She'd rent not one, but three luxury suites on the west end of the hotel's top floor for $6,000 - and let her hair down.

On the positive side for the hotel, she'd keep the butler hopping all night long. "They'd be in there, swilling $375 bottles of Cristal champagne, $325 bottles of red Opus One, $150 bottles of white Montrachet Domaine and $200 bottles of premium Stoli vodka mixed with $45 pitchers of cranberry juice," our source continues.

"And hundreds of dollars worth of food and appetizers such as $10 falafel or croque-monsieur sandwiches, $7 hummus with olives and garlic toast. When it came time to tip the bellhop, a $100 bill was no problem at all."

Usually Aguilera, who won a Grammy for her part in the Moulin Rouge song Lady Marmelade, began her evening at the hotel's weird art-deco lobby bar. How weird? There's usually a model sleeping in a fish tank. By last call at 2 a.m., there could be up to 50 people heading for Aguilera's suites. One night, Charlie's Angel Drew Barrymore, who never misses a good party, showed up. As did Ozzy Osbourne's children, Jack and Kelly, says the source.

With Metallica's heavy-metal tunes blaring at window-shattering levels, says the insider, the parties were also highlighted by plenty of nudity: Aguilera always kept her clothes on, but some of her friends weren't shy about going topless! And there was plenty of canoodling going on, too.

But then, on May 9, with the grumblings from outraged guests getting louder, a manager who was about to register the songbird for another night finally told her thanks, but no thanks!

"Cleaning up after her was a nightmare," the source says. "There are always cigarette burns on expensive pillows, torn wallpaper, spilled drinks all over the carpet and the smell of stale booze and smoke. So they were pretty clear about it when they told Christina: 'Take it somewhere else!'"

Aguilera's mouthpiece says this never happened. Why would she rent hotel rooms if she lives in L.A.? the spokesperson asks. We're wondering the same thing!
