ER: "Partly Cloudy, Chance of Rain"

Chicago is flooded, and so is the emergency room. When a huge rainstorm hit the city, patients begin to pile up while Dr. Weaver (Laura Innes) rushes to an accident site to aid a pregnant woman (Nina Landey) inside a wrecked ambulance. Live, sparking power lines block access until the first-year resident Gallant (Sharif Atkins) lives up to his name.
